Roy Kizer Golf Course is a links-style golf course spread over 200 acres in Southeast Austin bordered by cedars, elms and oaks. The golf course offeres residency to migratory waterfowl in the area and is a beautiful track for all skill levels. Austin, TX is serviced by the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The airport is located approximately 7-9 miles or 17 minutes from the hotel.
Transportation
The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located approximately 7-9 miles or 17 minutes from the hotel. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service. The estimated one way taxi fare is $30.00. Alternate transportation is available via SuperShuttle (800) 258-3826 as well as Uber and Lyft. The airport's Rental Car Facility is accessed via a short walk from the terminals.
Parking
The hotel is offering our group a 50% discount on self-parking in the attached parking garage. The current daily rate is $30/day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 10 working days prior to the conference are refundable less a $35 service charge. Cancellations within 10 days of the conference are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time.
