Leadership Development Series: How to Become a Better Leader

Starts:  Oct 1, 2021 05:00 AM (CT)

The MEA Leadership Development Series provides opportunities for leaders to dig deeper into their personal leadership skills. The Leadership Development Series is focused on leading both self and others by cultivating an awareness and application of key personal assets.

Based on the successes of a program called MEA Leadership Boot Camp, offered from 2014 through 2020, MEA is a taking a new approach to guide participants in their personal leadership development. This series is made up of three standalone monthlong programs. The topics of each program series are designed to be complementary to one another so individuals can choose one topic of interest or join MEA for all three.

Each series is designed for a small group of up to 15 people to allow for group discussion, personal feedback from the presenter, and direct feedback from each participant’s manager.
