The Energetic Women room blocks at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown as well as our overflow hotel, the JW Marriott Indianapolis are sold out. Please feel free to do a search for hotels in the area and make a reservation on your own. Many of the hotels are connected via skyway.

The closest airport is the Indianapolis International Airport (IND).

Scheduled bus service from the airport to the greater Indianapolis area (including downtown) is available.

There are eight car rental options at the Ground Transportation Center at IND, located on the first floor of the Terminal Garage.

NEW THIS YEAR: Due to popular demand, additional learning journals (conference branded hardcover notebooks) may be pre-ordered and pre-purchased for $20 each (limit of 10). Journals must be picked up at the conference; Energetic Women/MEA will not ship.

Check if your company is an MEA member. Memberships are company based, so if your company is a member, you are a member, and will receive the MEA member rate if you log in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 10 working days prior to the conference are refundable less a $35 service charge. Cancellations within 10 days of the conference are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Consent to Use Photographic & Video Images
Registration and attendance at or participation in MEA and Energetic Women meetings, events, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MEA, Energetic Women, and paid speakers the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities for promotional purposes.
