Electric Solutions Showcase Series: Youngstown Glove & Hand Protection Testing

When:  Aug 25, 2020 from 05:30 PM to 06:15 PM (CT)

MEA has launched a new online series specifically to support vendors and electric utility personnel looking to learn more about particular products, services, or offerings to help them do their jobs better.

A detailed look at the four key Hand Protection tests for work gloves (cut, puncture, flame, and arc), the story of Youngstown Glove, and what we are doing to address the hand protection needs in the electric utility markets.

Max Hackett helped launch Youngstown Glove Company in 2002. He has spent the last 10+ years selling and developing work gloves for use at Electric & Gas Utilities. He has implemented new glove programs at many major IOU’s that satisfy the combined needs of end users, operations, standards, and safety personnel. He is uniquely positioned to understand all sides of the process between company needs, product development and lab testing requirements.
