Details regarding all complimentary Energetic Women Conference pre-conference tours, activities (with the exception of golf), sweatworking, and breakout sessions will appear in the confirmation email upon registering for the conference. At that time, you will select the tour, activities, and session that interest you most.
Note: If you have attended the Energetic Women Conference in the past, signing up for activities and sessions after registration is a change. We hope that making selections closer to your travel dates will reduce the number of changes and cancellations in attendees' schedules and enable us to better accomodate all attendees.

MEARS offers shuttled transportation from Orlando International Airport. Shuttle transportation is a shared riding service and the pricing is based on per person. MEARS also provides Charter Rates including 11-Passenger Vans, 25-Person Mini Bus, Motor Coach, and Limousines. Taxi services are available as well.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 10 working days prior to the conference are refundable less a $35 service charge. Cancellations within 10 days of the conference are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Registration and attendance at or participation in MEA and Energetic Women meetings, events, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MEA, Energetic Women, and paid speakers the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities for promotional purposes.
