Office of Emergency Management and Communications - Registration is required 

The mission of the Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC) is to manage incidents, coordinate events, operate communications systems, and provide technology, among other forms of support, to City services to strengthen their respective missions and to protect lives and property in the City of Chicago.  After receiving your registration, you will be contacted for additional, required information.

TOUR AGENDA:

• 1:30 PM     Depart hotel for transfer to OEMC
• 2:00 PM     Arrive at OEMC
• 2:15 PM     Welcome and overview begins, followed by presentation and Q & A
• 4:00 PM     Depart OEMC for return to hotel

Air Travel

Downtown Chicago is serviced by both O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW).

Transportation

• Estimated one-way taxi fare from O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is $40 + tip. Travel time is approximately 35 minutes.

• Estimated one-way taxi fare from Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is $30 + tip. Travel time is approximately 20-30 minutes.

Parking

Valet parking is $66 overnight with in and out privilages. For guests driving in for the day, the parking rate is $32 to park for up to 8 hours.

Reduced MEA Member* Rate:  $515/per person

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 10 working days prior to the conference are refundable less a $35 service charge. Cancellations within 10 days of the conference are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time.
