The Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport (SPI) is located approximately 15 minutes from the Crowne Plaza Springfield.
The following airports are located within a 1.5 hr drive of the hotel:

- St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL)
Transportation
The hotel is located in a suburban setting southeast of downtown Springfield, off of interstates 55 & 72. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport (SPI). To arrange for airport pickup, contact the hotel one to two days before your arrival by calling (217) 529-7777 and ask to speak with a Front Desk staff. While at the hotel, you can make your arrangements for your return transfer to the airport.

Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation or reduction of exhibit space must be made in writing and shall become effective upon receipt by MEA staff. In the event of a cancellation or reduction of space by an Exhibitor, an assessment to cover service performed and other damages relating to the action shall be as follows:
October 31, 2017 – February 28, 2018 | a cancellation fee of $75
March 1 – March 30, 2018 | 50% of the total exhibit fee
After April 1, 2018 | 100% of the total exhibit fee
The above cancellation fee terms shall apply regardless of the execution date of the booking and regardless of any re-sale of booth space cancelled by exhibitor.
Consent to Use Photographic & Video Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in MEA and Energetic Women meetings, events, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MEA's, Energetic Women's and paid speakers' use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities for promotional purposes.
